How the free assessment works
Tell us about your company
Six profile questions: your name, your company, your role, how many people work there, your industry, and where the company is based (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or outside the UK).
Answer the assessment questions
Thirteen multiple-choice questions on the seven areas above. Pick the option closest to how things really are, including “we don’t do anything with AI” where that is true.
Say when you want to act, and what is in the way
Three closing questions: when you are looking to act on AI, which process or frustration takes up most of your team’s time, and what is stopping you from using more AI today. The last two are written answers, and the form asks for at least 20 characters on each.
Enter your work email and submit
Your report is sent to that address. There is a tick box to receive our occasional writing on AI in operations, and it is optional: you get your report either way.
Please do not put personal data about other people, or confidential information belonging to your clients, in the written answers. We do not need it.
A snapshot of where your company stands
Your answers are scored across the seven areas, and you receive a personalised AI maturity report at your work email: a high-level picture of how ready your company is, without needing a call or a meeting.
The report gives you an overall score out of 100 and places it in one of three stages: Early, Structuring or At scale. It then names up to three things holding your company back, up to two strengths to build on, and one recommended next step. Unmanaged “shadow AI”, such as staff paying for AI tools out of their own pocket with no company rules, counts against your score.
Written by an AI model, without human review
We would rather say this plainly. The report is produced and sent automatically: your answers are scored, an AI model writes the analysis from your answers and that scoring, and nobody at Kunavv reviews it before it reaches you. The model is given your answers and your company’s size and industry, but not your name, email address or company name. Who should take it
Kunavv works with companies in the United Kingdom, and the assessment is built for them. It suits you if:
- you are thinking about AI but have not decided where, or whether, to invest;
- people in your company already use AI tools on their own and you have no clear picture of how, or of the rules around it;
- you want to know how ready your data, processes and team are before committing to a project;
- you are an owner, director or manager who wants an outside view. The role question runs from owner or founder to specialist, and company size from founders only to more than 200 people.
Most UK companies do not need a custom six-figure piece of software. They need optimised processes and smart automations, and this is the first step to finding out which.
Questions about the assessment
What is an AI readiness assessment?
It is a structured look at how prepared a company is to use AI: its data, processes, tooling, compliance and team. The point is to find out where you stand before you invest. Sometimes the honest answer is that a project should wait, or not go ahead at all.
How long does the free assessment take, and does it cost anything?
It takes about five minutes and it is free. There is no card and no commitment. You answer 23 questions, one screen at a time.
What is in the report?
Your answers are scored across seven areas of AI maturity, and the report gives you a snapshot of where your company stands. It is a high-level view: the free version does not include a guided interview or a prioritised action plan. Those belong to the paid, in-depth assessment.
Does a person review my report before I get it?
No. The report is produced and sent automatically. Your answers are scored, and an AI model then writes the analysis from your answers and that scoring. Nobody at Kunavv reviews it before it reaches you. It is advice for you to read, not a decision about you, and if you would like a person at Kunavv to look at your answers and at how your report was produced, you can ask and we will do it at no cost.
What happens to the information I submit?
Your answers go to Gestia Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda, trading as Kunavv. We use them to produce your report and to follow up about our services, on the basis of our legitimate interests, and you can tell us to stop at any time. The AI model that writes your report receives your answers and your company's size and industry, but not your name, email address or company name. Assessment submissions and reports are kept for 24 months from your last interaction with us. Everything is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Why do I need a work email address?
The report is sent to the email address you give at the end of the assessment, and the form asks for a work email rather than a personal one. Free webmail addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are not accepted. If you would rather not go through the questions, you can leave your details on the home page and talk to a specialist instead.
